Pretty much everyone. It’s open to new customers, returning subscribers, and current monthly users who want to upgrade to an annual plan. The only exception is Enterprise plans, which have their own setup and pricing.
After your discounted first year, your plan renews at the regular annual rate of US$198, which is still 50% less than paying monthly.
