Calling all creatives! We just dropped our first major campaign since our August rebrand—and guess what? We're still not quite finished with it. But that’s kind of the point—creatives are never satisfied, which is what makes them unstoppable.
Have you ever caught yourself picking apart a menu’s font instead of the food or zoning out of a conversation because that billboard’s kerning is driving you mad? If you consider yourself ‘creatively obsessed,’ you’re not alone! Our new campaign celebrates the creatives who are always striving for more—and can’t help but mark up the world around them.
Buckle up as we explore Envato’s unapologetic campaign, ‘For the creatively obsessed,’ and take a wild ride into the beautifully chaotic minds of creative professionals just like you.
Following our August rebrand led by our ‘creative spark’—a logomark made up of a brush stroke punctuated with a dot representing creatives making their mark on the world—we’re launching our first US brand campaign: ‘For the creatively obsessed.”
The campaign is an all-out celebration of creative professionals who don’t just do the work; they live and breathe it. From spending hours perfecting minor design details to constantly tweaking the world around them, the line between work and life is blurry at best.
While our rebrand originally stemmed from the research-backed insight that creatives live to “make their mark,” this campaign focuses on the pursuit of perfection that leads them there.
Envato’s Chief Marketing Officer, Noelle Kim, explains, “Our campaign taps into the relentless creative obsession that drives our audience to make their mark across the globe, spilling over into their everyday moments.”
From video editors fine-tuning sound effects to designers agonizing over font choices, every creative knows the feeling of being consumed by their work. This campaign takes these everyday creative quirks and amplifies them into playful, (almost) true stories where real life and obsession meld—like adjusting the pitch of a police siren mid-police pull over.
But how do you turn something as abstract as ‘creative obsession’ into a fully-fledged campaign? According to Noelle, it all started with a powerful insight into the mind of creative professionals: “We wanted to create a campaign that would connect with passionate creatives. These people live to work rather than work to live. Their work and personal lives merge because they are passionate about their craft; it’s all-consuming.”
From there, our ‘For the creatively obsessed’ campaign was born—a creative campaign that remains true to this insight, blending relatable high-stakes moments with a healthy dose of creative mania.
“Anyone who has worked on a major campaign knows the hours of edits and fine-tuning that go into making it just 1% better,” Noelle adds. “This campaign is a nod to all those behind-the-scenes moments that the outside world never sees but which creatives can’t help but obsess over.”
A co-creation between Envato’s in-house creative team, agency Force Carrier, and production company Supaflr, the campaign reflects the very passion and attention to detail that it celebrates.
“We knew we needed a partner to bring our ideas to life who would feel like an extension of our own brilliant in-house team—and Force Carrier was the perfect fit,“ says Noelle. “They challenged our thinking and helped push the idea of ‘making your mark’ into a more captivating territory. Their obsession with every tiny detail mirrored our own, and that’s rare in a partnership—it’s why this campaign is something truly special.”
Like the campaign’s message, this partnership was fueled by creative obsession—pushing ideas, constructive critique, and refining every detail until it was perfect.
“From scriptwriting to post-production, we obsessed over every detail,” says Envato’s Creative Director, Luke Hawkins. “Some lines even became running jokes: ‘One pixel to the left…’ or ‘What about a 5% boost to the yellows?’ The funny part is we were dead serious, affirming that we were onto a powerful insight.”
In addition to launching across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and streaming platforms, our Creatively Obsessed campaign is hitting the streets, too. We’ve broadened our focus to North America’s creative hubs, zeroing in on the US market and partnering with key influencers to help spread the word.
“Seeing our new brand out in the wild is such a great feeling,” says Arlyn Panopio, Envato’s Head of Brand and Creative. “All the hard work has been about reaching our audience in a new way, and I can’t wait to see how the campaign connects and engages with our creative community.”

To show that we practice what we preach, we’re also launching Envato Remixes—a meta-twist on our campaign. We’ll be editing, tweaking, and perfecting our own ads—just as we know creatives will. But rather than covering our campaign in red marker (like your teacher might have), we’re making our mark in our signature Envato green pen, putting a positive spin on the pursuit of perfection.
Whether you’re a designer tweaking your fonts or a video editor perfecting your audio, Envato is the ultimate partner for the creatively obsessed. With one simple subscription, you can access an unrivaled range of quality assets and templates from global artists.
“Naturally, we used a mixture of our own Envato assets and shot footage to bring the campaign to life, leveraging the broadest range of categories in the market—integrating illustrative flourishes, fonts, photos, and templates throughout,” says Noelle.
Envato’s new campaign is more than just a marketing push—it’s a celebration of creative professionals constantly pushing for more. By tapping into the laser-focused energy and passion that drives artists, designers, and creators to perfect their work, this campaign is for the people, making the world a more creative place—one obsessively crafted project at a time.
